About the role

• Supporting the coordination and implementation of procurement for our operational offshore wind projects in Europe
• Assisting in tenders in close collaboration with the relevant functions in international teams
• Analyzing and evaluating tender documents and creating price comparisons
• Completing work in SAP
• Assisting in preparing internal and external meetings
• Implementing and maintaining the documentation system
• Handling ad-hoc requests to support ongoing projects

Job requirements and experience

• Enrolled student ideally in the field of business administration, supply chain, operations management, or engineering Initial practical experience in an international company
• Intercultural understanding and openness in dealing with different cultures
• Excellent communication skills in English; German or Danish knowledge is beneficial
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Strong analytical skills combined with creative thinking and proactive action
• Ability to work efficiently yet fully in a results-oriented team environment
• Support in various cultural settings and enjoyment of working in an international team
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
