In the area of Procurement Business Support, you will have the opportunity to gain insight into an innovative and international purchasing organization. You will support the team with a variety of exciting tasks and gain valuable first-hand experience in a large, global organization. You can join us as a working student for 20 hours per week, for a minimum duration of 12 months or longer.

About the role

  • Focus is the support for the optimal use of SAP Ariba SLP module with specific inquiries and with general questions
  • Support problem solution of arising user issues in the handling of SAP Ariba SLP
  • Conducting trainings for endusers for Ariba SLP usage
  • Reporting of goods receipts and service entries - on behalf of the business
  • Ad-hoc training and support for company requesters, including support for the EPOS (e-commerce) process within RWE
  • Working closely with the procurement team to ensure demand is implemented in a process-compliant manner
  • Ad hoc changes to orders to ensure invoices can be paid on time
  • Support in the timely processing of open invoices – this includes providing missing information from goods receipt or service recording to ensure that invoices are paid on time
  • Creation of purchase requisitions in a specific and uniform format and also efficiently support subsequent processes in SAP

Job requirements and experiences

  • You are successfully studying Business Administration or a comparable course of study
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
  • SAP knowledge and experience preferred but not a requirement (or any other database)
  • Analytical skills, high resilience as well as an independent, careful and structured way of working
  • Highly motivated and able to solve even complex problems
  • You are a dedicated team player and possess good communication skills
  • Fluent in English (speaking) and German (written and speaking)
