In this role, you will collaborate with a wide range of teams and disciplines, gaining valuable insights into product lifecycle management and process governance in a global organization. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented working student to support our Process Management team in improving processes, maintaining documentation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Your new responsibilities

• Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of our product development processes
• Maintain and update process documentation, templates, and guidelines while ensuring compliance with company standards
• Assist in implementing updates to enhance efficiency and align with Agile methodologies
• Creation of training material, communication packages and process roll-out support across the organization
• Review process documentation for accuracy and suggest improvements in collaboration with experts
• Manage and organize records to ensure easy access for stakeholders.
• Support colleagues with process-related inquiries and contribute to cross-functional discussions and workshops
• Take ownership of assigned topics and independently drive smaller projects and improvement initiatives

Your talents and experience

• Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Analytical mindset with a strong commitment to accuracy
• Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts and Agile methodologies is a plus
• Passion for IT, process management, and continuous improvement
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
