Job Description

Support the operational execution of the Performance, Talent, and Employee Development function, ensuring smooth coordination of sessions, stakeholder alignment, and participant experience across virtual and on-site formats. This role is execution-focused, with a strong emphasis on logistics, coordination, and follow-through.

What you can expect:

Initiative coordination & planning support

• Support the coordination of end-to-end Learning Initiatives/ Development program activities (planning, scheduling, execution).
• Schedule sessions across multiple time zones and ensure proper calendar setup.
• Support preparation of upcoming program activities and Talent Management sessions.
• Support the logistics coordination for virtual sessions (links, tools, materials, setup).
• Support planning and execution of on-site events (venue coordination, materials, participant communication, etc.).

Material creation and upkeep

• Create and update materials like presentations, one pager, newsletter etc. for our learning initiatives and offers like leadership training, development programs and self-learning
• Prepare materials to explain processes and activities to various stakeholders and establish different communication channels (e.g., Manager Handbook, Assessment Center Guidelines)

Talent Programs operational support

• Support coordination of recruitment-related activities.
• Assist in organizing yearly onboarding activities and training weeks.
• Support administrative aspects related to rotation and performance tracking and documentation, as well as basic program follow-ups.
• Support the tracking of participation, attendance, engagement, and feedback across programs.

Your Profile:

• You are currently enrolled as a student (Bachelor or Master), and available to work 20 hours per week.
• You can speak and write confidently and professionally in English.
• You are a flexible and reliable person, with a learning mindset, empathic communication skills, adaptability and intercultural curiosity
• You have a structured and reliable way of working, with strong attention to detail.
• You enjoy organizing, coordinating, and making sure things run smoothly.
• You take ownership of your tasks and follow through until completion.
• You are comfortable managing multiple operational topics in parallel.
• You have a strong interest in digital tools typical in a corporate environment
• You are very familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ideally, you have had some previous experience with coordination, administrative tasks, or event support.
