At Mister Spex, we see performance marketing as a key driver of sustainable growth and meaningful customer connections. As a Working Student in Performance Marketing (m/f/x), you’ll become part of a dynamic, data-driven team and gain hands-on experience in scaling digital campaigns across key marketing channels.
In this role, you’ll actively support campaign execution, reporting, and day-to-day operational processes while learning how performance marketing decisions are made based on data, testing, and continuous optimisation. Working closely with experienced marketers and cross-functional teams, you’ll contribute to initiatives that directly impact our e-commerce performance.

How you contribute
Support the execution and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across performance channels
Prepare, analyse, and maintain performance reports to support data-driven decision-making
Assist with campaign setup, tracking, and operational marketing tasks
Conduct market, trend, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
Help identify optimisation potentials based on performance insights
Support coordination and collaboration across internal teams and stakeholders
What you bring
Enrolled student in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a comparable field
Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
Good working knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets
Genuine interest in digital marketing, performance channels, and e-commerce
Structured, proactive, and reliable working style
Fluent in English; German skills are a plus
