Brief Role Description

The Organizational Development department of Volkswagen Group Technology is responsible for the holistic design of efficient and effective organizational structures, decision-making processes, and governance models for all Group companies in the areas of Components, Battery, Charging & Energy, and Platform Business. As part of the team, you will support us in collecting, optimizing, and digitalizing our cross-brand and cross-company decision-making processes. In addition, you will gain deep insights into the work of the executive office of the two highest committees within the Volkswagen Group Technology sub-group, as well as into the areas of organizational structure development, corporate governance, and risk, audit, and compliance management. Possible Tasks within this Role

  • Collecting, analyzing, and optimizing decision-making committees and processes
  • Supporting projects in organizational development (including organizational structure development and corporate governance)
  • Preparing and assisting in cross-company and cross-business unit workshops
  • Supporting the creation of presentations for the Board and top management, as well as reviewing decision templates
  • Maintaining and managing IT systems related to organizational development

Qualification requirements

  • Students (or bachelor graduates starting a master’s program soon) specializing in business administration, organizational development, law, HR, or similar fields
  • Good to excellent academic performance
  • German language proficiency at C1 level
  • Initial experience in project management
  • Confident use of MS Office applications
