Working Student Order Management Backoffice (m/f/d)

LOCATION: Warszawa / Poland | COMPANY: Knorr-Bremse Polska Sp. z o.o. | DEPARTMENT: T/SL4 | REQUISITION ID: 11755 | Full-time | Limited | ON-SITE/REMOTE: Hybrid

Your tasks:

  • Assist with creating and updating customer orders in SAP using established instructions.
  • Monitoring the timely execution of deliveries and payments.
  • Support the administration of logistics claims by collecting documents, updating case status and tracking assigned follow-up actions.
  • Update existing distribution backlog and KPI reports using agreed templates. Prepare simple additional evaluations when instructed.
  • Keep shared status lists, comments and the training database accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with document routine order management steps using existing material.
  • Support for digitalization and automation initiatives.

Your profile:

  • Currently studying economics, logistics, management or a related subject; a study schedule compatible with part-time work is welcome.
  • Good English skills for an international team; Polish in the local office and German is an advantage.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; willing to learn SAP.
  • Analytical thinking, a structured approach, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Clear communication with colleagues and willingness to learn.
  • Previous work experience is not required.
