Longevity Partners GmbH is building the world's leading longevity platform, the only one that combines all trends and aspects of longevity under one roof, making them accessible to everyone.

This platform will allow people to learn, exchange ideas, share their knowledge and meet like-minded people. Our offer is aimed at longevity enthusiasts and those new to the field.

As the first building block we're scaling the Life Summit conference.

Tasks

We're looking for a highly motivated Junior Operations Manager to work directly with the founders.

Task include:

• Take on a wide(!) range of responsibilities!
• Set up processes, help build the webpage and social media presence, support other departments, coordinate with different teams, manage administrative tasks, etc., etc
• Help run the day-to-day with the founders, taking initiative and performing various tasks as needed to get the conference off the ground, including logistics, coordination, and any other necessary activities.
• Help build a master class product to engage speakers and sponsors in online events.

Requirements

• Prior experience in operations, business development, consulting, or similar
• Excellent English and German, written and spoken
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
