Join our Taiwan Investment team as a Working Student You will be expected to work 3-4 days a week for up to 12 months, starting July 2026 This role provides an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in the asset management industry while supporting investment professionals in their daily operations and research activities. You will assist portfolio managers and analysts with data collection, project coordination, administrative support, and various ad hoc assignments. Through close collaboration with the team, you will develop practical knowledge of financial markets and investment processes.

What you will do

• Assist portfolio managers and analysts in collecting, organizing, and maintaining investment-related data.
• Help with preparing research materials, reports, presentations, and meeting documents.
• Assist in daily operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth team functioning.
• Provide support for ongoing projects, including data gathering, coordination, and follow-up activities.
• Conduct searches for market, industry, and company information as requested by the investment team.
• Maintain and update internal databases, records, and documentation.
• Support event coordination and internal communication activities when required.
• Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by supervisors.

What you bring

Required:

• Currently enrolled in the final year of a bachelor’s or a master’s degree program.
• Availability to work 3–4 days per week for up to 12 months.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic proficiency in using AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) for enhancing work efficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Academic background in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Information Management, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of financial markets and investment concepts.
• Experience with data analysis or research projects.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, or other financial information platforms is a plus.
