Local Division Manager Motion High Power Division Germany

Key responsibilities

The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Applying theoretical academic knowledge in a practical business environment
• Conducting research and analytical tasks
• Supporting strategic and operational projects
• Independently managing assigned work packages within ongoing sales and business development projects
• Contributing to digitalization and process optimization initiatives
• Gaining hands-on experience with sales, tendering, and business processes
• Developing insights into international sales organizations and market structures
• Utilizing modern analytical tools and CRM systems
• Researching and preparing information for strategic projects
• Supporting customer events, trade fairs, and marketing activities

Qualifications for the role

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Electrical Engineering & Information Technology or Computer Science / Digitalization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Initial experience with Salesforce, Power BI, or data analytics
• Excellent German language skills and good written and spoken English skills
• Strong analytical thinking skills and an interest in both technical and business-related topics
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style
• Strong communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach
• Enthusiasm for working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and various business departments
