As a working student (m/f/d) in our family-run company, you will gain comprehensive insight into the sales processes within the Sales Central & Southeast Europe (CSE) division. You will support our day-to-day operations and, together with the team, ensure the high-quality, timely, and space-compliant implementation of the relevant activation measures at the POS. In particular you will

• help ensure that measures are implemented in accordance with store standards and coordinate alternative placements
• assist in the planning, management, and monitoring of all activations
• work closely with international suppliers, locations, and internal stakeholders
• support quality checks and documentation of all POS activities to identify opportunities for optimization
• coordinate, document, and approve POS materials
• assist with the billing of activation measures

Preferred Profile

• an advanced degree in business, marketing or a related field
• initial practical experience gained through projects or internships
• proficiency in MS Office and initial experience with SAP
• excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• a proactive and independent work style with a strength for organization, structure and prioritization
• an open-minded attitude and strong communication skills for working in an international family-owned company that values an open and respectful work environment
