Would you like to gain hands-on experience alongside your studies in an international retail environment and get exciting insights into the development of stores, processes, technologies and performance management? Then become part of our Retail Excellence & Performance team.

As a Working Student (m/f/d) in Retail Excellence & Performance, you will support us in international projects aimed at optimising retail processes, introducing innovative technologies and analysing customer and performance data. You will work closely with colleagues from Retail, Sales, IT, Marketing and Sales Product Development, as well as with our international locations.

Your responsibilities will include in particular:

• Support the development, maintenance and documentation of retail standards, playbooks, best practices and training materials
• Research, analyse and present best practices from our international retail locations and derive potential areas for improvement
• Support the analysis of customer, performance and retail data, including customer insight, heatmapping and customer tracking projects
• Help prepare presentations, reports, management documents and communication materials for various stakeholders
• Contribute to international retail, digitalisation and innovation projects, from pilot phase through to roll-out
• Support the implementation, further development and documentation of modern retail technologies, tools and services
• Conduct and document tests, analyse results and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation
• Collaborate with internal and international stakeholders from Retail, Sales, IT, Marketing and Sales Product Development

Preferred Profile

• Current enrolment in a degree programme in Business Administration, Economics, Business Information Systems, Marketing, International Business, Retail Management or a comparable field of study
• Initial practical experience gained through internships, student employment or project work is an advantage
• A strong interest in retail excellence, digitalisation and data-driven decision-making
• An analytical mindset and enthusiasm for analysing and presenting data
• A structured, thorough and independent way of working as well as a high level of initiative, team spirit and strong communication skills
• Enjoyment of working with a wide range of stakeholders in an international environment
• Confident use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Very good written and spoken German and English
