Job Description

As a Working Student in the Quality Development department, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer quality and experience. Your responsibilities will include supporting project planning, ensuring stakeholder alignment and applying project management standards.

• Support the planning and execution of cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
• Maintain project plans, milestones and documentation for effective progress tracking
• Liaise with stakeholders to gather inputs, resolve issues and ensure alignment
• Prepare project documentation and updates for governance forums
• Apply project management best practices and governance frameworks
• Assist in data analysis using Salesforce Analytics, QilkView and Compass
• Support process alignment and optimization activities across teams and document and analyze current vs. future-state processes to identify improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process enhancements and provide administrative and analytical support for process improvement tasks

• Pursuing a university degree in logistics, business, commerce, sales & marketing, engineering or a related field
• Good knowledge of the maritime industry is preferred
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in working with data and BI tools
• High resilience and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration, as well as a Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in written and spoken English at a professional level
• Prior experience in a similar role or industry is an advantage
