Job Description

As a Working Student in Process Excellence Technology, you will play a vital role in driving our Strategy 2030 and Global Quality initiatives. You will collaborate with a dedicated team, managing specific work packages and research tasks independently.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of Strategy 2030 and Global Quality initiatives
  • Manage specific work packages and research tasks independently
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform solution design
  • Collect, validate, and present critical data for stakeholder decision-making
  • Support project management through meeting preparation, action tracking, and presentation creation
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks and propose solutions
  • Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring transparency and alignment and foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process excellence strategies and engage in continuous learning and stay updated with industry trends and best practices
  • Currently pursuing a bachelors or masters degree (full-time enrollment) in logistics, supply chain, business administration, engineering or economics
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Interest in developing skills with BI tools, particularly Qlik Sense
  • Very good communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
  • A proven track record of goal-setting and achievement
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment, as well as a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
