Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and creative individual to join our team as a Working Student in Performance Management. In this role you will play a crucial part in improving our commercial strategies and internal communication.

  • Support the planning and execution of internal commercial campaigns to promote additional products/services
  • Craft communication plans and create campaign assets, ensuring a consistent and compelling message
  • Build and maintain campaign tracking and adoption reports, monitoring basic KPIs
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure timely campaign actions
  • Increase visibility and transparency around exceptions/adjustments through structured updates and simple reporting
  • Document learnings and best practices, continuously improving content based on feedback
  • Translate data and insights into clear, actionable messages for internal campaigns
  • Help strengthen internal awareness of commercial guidelines, pricing, and exception handling
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Business, Communication or related fields
  • Strong interest in commercial topics, customer value propositions, and campaign communication
  • Excellent English communication skills, with additional languages being an asset
  • Proficient in PowerPoint for visual storytelling and Excel for basic reporting, as well as hands-on, structured and reliable work ethic with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • First experience in a commercial, marketing, or customer-facing role is preferred
  • Interest in shipping, logistics, and digital tools is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, coordinating with various stakeholders, as well as creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Passion for continuous learning and improvement in a dynamic work environment
