Your new job includes

As part of the People & Business Partnering Team International you will work hand in hand with our international colleagues and support us in optimizing our People and Culture practices in order for us to deliver on our vision of becoming the most human-centric company in global Travel Retail.
In particular you will

• work on international People and Culture projects
• support the team in day-to-day operations (organization & event management, meeting coordination, preparing presentations)
• assist in supporting and advising our international locations on People and Culture topics to ensure a smooth flow of information globally
• get to know our central People and Culture departments and work with various interfaces at our corporate headquarters

Preferred Profile

• Current studies in at least your third semester, ideally with a focus on People & Culture or business psychology
• A high level of intercultural competence, which you have acquired during stays abroad or in roles or tasks involving international cooperation
• Ideally have practical experience in the field of People & Culture
• A quick grasp of things and excellent organizational skills
• Enjoying operational daily tasks and conceptual work, and finding creative solutions in collaboration with excellent colleagues
• A very good command of written and spoken English as well as good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint
