Key responsibilities

The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Supporting technical project management activities
• Assisting technical project managers with a variety of day-to-day project tasks and operational activities
• Creating, maintaining and updating technical documentation
• Performing general administrative and organizational tasks
• Maintaining workflows using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
• Independently familiarizing yourself with new technologies and processes

Qualifications for the role

• Currently enrolled in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Good written and spoken communication skills in German and English
• Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach to work
• High level of initiative and the ability to work independently and responsibly
• Willingness and enthusiasm to collaborate regularly with the team on-site
