Would you like to experience how modern HR work is shaped through digital solutions? Are you interested in HR systems, processes, and innovative tools, and would you like to actively contribute to the further development and digitalization of our employee support processes?
Then become part of our People & Culture team and support us in our daily operations as well as exciting digital transformation projects. As a Working Student (m/f/d) in the People Experience & Operations team, you will gain valuable insights into modern HR processes and contribute to the further development and use of our HR system landscape, including Workday, the Workday Document Generator, and related tools.
Your responsibilities
Actively support the digitalization and optimization of HR processes, particularly in the areas of Workday Document Generator, Workday Help, and HR self-services
Support data migrations and implementations within payroll and HCM systems
Prepare, analyze, and reconcile large data sets, e.g., for reports, mass uploads, and data quality checks
Support the analysis and documentation of HR processes in Workday
Assist with time and absence management processes
Provide operational support to the People Experience & Operations team in day-to-day activities
Collaborate closely with the People Experience & Operations team and other relevant stakeholders
Depending on your interests and business needs, support additional HR topics and gradually take on more responsibility
Your profile
Currently enrolled as a student (m/f/d), ideally studying Business Administration, Human Resources, Digitalization, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
Strong interest in digital tools, systems, and processes
Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
Basic knowledge of time and absence management is an advantage
Structured, independent, and detail-oriented way of working
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Interest in HR topics and modern, digital ways of working
Very good German and good English skills
