Job Description

In this role, you'll be part of a dynamic team within Global Sales, focusing on creating tailored solutions for our biggest customers. Your work will involve handling multi-year deals, managing contracts, and analyzing financial and operational data.

• Handle multi-year deals, ensuring vessel space and container equipment for key customers
• Participate in the full lifecycle of these programs, including contract management, invoicing, and payment tracking
• Analyze performance indicators and investigate shortfalls through data analysis and collaboration with internal stakeholders and Global Accounts
• Be responsible for selected customers and trades, resolving disputes and facilitating timely monthly reconciliations
• Assist in creating and standardizing reports and ad-hoc analyses within the Credit Management sector, such as overdue reporting
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and customers to ensure a smooth workflow

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student in business administration, finance, logistics or a related field
• Passion for data analysis with strong analytical skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and target-oriented personality
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a very good command of English (German is a plus)
• Proficient in MS Excel, with the ability to navigate complex spreadsheet structures
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate work
• A keen interest in the shipping industry and a desire to contribute to its success
