As a Working Student, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth handling of reefer bookings and compliance with regulations. Your work will directly impact the quality of our services and contribute to the success of our international team.

• Conduct daily commodity checks on reefer bookings to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with global Customer Service teams to address non-compliance issues
• Optimize the Reefer Container Surveillance Process for efficiency and risk reduction
• Develop and maintain process databases for data-driven decision-making
• Provide ad hoc analysis support and valuable insights through data gathering and analysis
• Assist with research tasks and support the analysis and implementation of reefer projects
• Work closely with international team members and Hapag-Lloyd colleagues
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with diverse teams and maintain an organized and efficient workflow, utilizing analytical skills

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in logistics or a related field
• Motivated, customer-focused and a reliable team player with excellent communication skills
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies, as well as strong analytical abilities and an organized approach to work
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
• Interest in the shipping industry and reefer shipping operations, as well as basic understanding of shipping regulations and compliance is an asset
• Passion for data analysis and a desire to contribute to process optimization
