Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Working Student to join our Global Procurement Digital Transformation Team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects and initiatives, working closely with a diverse team across various organizational units worldwide. Your work will focus on supporting the digital transformation journey, optimizing processes and implementing digital solutions.

  • Create and maintain project documentation, presentations and reports for management
  • Build analyses and dashboards for internal KPI tracking and process improvement
  • Assist with cross-system integration initiatives, ensuring efficient workflows and data consistency
  • Support the Digital Transformation Team in driving process, data and digital product initiatives, including S4HANA and Coupa solutions
  • Conduct research and benchmarking on digital tools and best practices for process optimization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to summarize and present analysis findings and recommendations
  • Engage with various teams and units to understand their needs and requirements
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements and digital solutions
  • Currently enrolled in a full-time degree program in Industrial Engineering & Management, Data Science, Business Administration (MBA) or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential
  • Structured, analytical and reliable work approach with excellent analytical and process-oriented skills
  • Ability to summarize and present complex information clearly and convincingly to stakeholders
  • Demonstrates a growth mindset, embracing challenges and adapting to changing requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
  • Cultural awareness and openness to diverse perspectives and international collaboration
  • A passion for digital transformation and a desire to drive process improvements
