Job Description

As a Working Student in the Global Inland Center, you will play a vital role in shaping Hapag-Lloyd's land transportation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include driving change management, organizing internal communication and ensuring successful project execution. You will have the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders, support project planning and execution and contribute to achieving our inland growth objectives.

  • Join the Global Inland Center in Hapag-Lloyd HQ and support our strategic global activities for land transportation
  • Drive change management in the organization and organize internal communication and information sharing
  • Drive success and communicate project progress to the relevant stakeholders
  • Support the planning and execution of new (sub-)projects from ideation to completion
  • Assist in preparation of presentation for various stakeholder communication and alignment and manage stakeholder relationships for different departments
  • Prepare ad-hoc performance analysis and conduct market benchmarking
  • Monitor and track project progress, identify and mitigate risks
  • Ensure that project milestones are delivered on time and to scope
  • Help to achieve ambitious inland growth & performance targets
  • Currently pursuing a full-time degree with a focus on communication, branding, marketing or a related field; prior practical experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in German and English
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured, independent, and flexible work ethic
  • Proficiency in using online tools and digital media, especially PowerPoint, for creating and presenting content
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
  • A keen interest in corporate branding, design and communication strategies
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and software is an advantage
