Job Description

As a Working Student, you will be an integral part of our Global BCO Management team, working closely with selected direct customers. Your tasks will involve preparing rate quotations, filing rate agreements, creating reports and providing ad-hoc support.

  • Support the Key Account team in managing selected direct customers
  • Prepare rate quotations and file rate agreements for customers
  • Create and maintain regular reports for the team and customers
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and provide administrative support
  • Collaborate with the team to request ship allocations
  • Gain experience in commercial Key Account Management
  • Work closely with a diverse and dynamic team
  • Maintain effective communication with customers and colleagues
  • Completed apprenticeship in logistics or currently studying full-time in Economics, Logistics or a comparable field
  • Good analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • A passion for customer care and a desire to learn, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as willingness to learn and grow within the sales department
  • A positive and proactive attitude is a must
  • Availability to start as soon as possible, working 20 hours per week
