Job Description

In this role you will work at the intersection of key‑account management, digital products and technology, helping strategic customers integrate our services via APIs and digital solutions while gaining hands‑on experience in a highly international B2B environment.

  • Support digital transformation projects with key accounts from requirements gathering to implementation and follow‑up
  • Coordinate API integration projects, tracking requirements, open topics, milestones and next steps
  • Prepare presentations, status updates and decision materials for customers and internal management
  • Analyze customer processes to identify opportunities for automation and seamless digital journeys
  • Consolidate input from customers, Product, IT, Operations and Commercial teams into clear actions
  • Monitor project progress, flag risks and ensure timely follow‑up
  • Conduct market, customer and competitor research to inform digital account strategies
  • Help establish and maintain KPIs and reporting for digital adoption, API usage and integration progress
  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., Business Administration, Digital Business, Information Systems, Economics, Engineering) with availability of approximately 12 months
  • Strong interest in digital transformation, APIs and B2B customer management
  • Analytical, structured working style with ability to turn complex information into clear conclusions
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with diverse stakeholders
  • Very good PowerPoint and Excel skills; data analysis or visualization experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership and manage multiple topics simultaneously
  • Fluent English; German or another language is an advantage
  • Previous experience in consulting, digital projects, account or product management is a plus
