Job Description

As a Working Student in our Corporate Design team you will have the chance to work closely with the team leader and contribute to the daily operations, as well as take on your own projects and collaborate on various initiatives. This role offers a unique cross-functional experience, allowing you to interact with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and departments across the world.

  • Assist the Corporate Branding team and department head in daily operations and tasks
  • Engage in projects and take ownership of your own projects, contributing to the team's goals
  • Provide graphic design consultation and coordinate, manage and supervise external agency partnerships
  • Collaborate on the production of global campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and impact
  • Support the team in press relations, internal and external communication and event management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Assist in creating and implementing effective communication strategies and materials
  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed and maintained across all communication channels
  • Currently pursuing a full-time degree with a focus on communication, branding, marketing or a related field; prior practical experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in German and English
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured, independent, and flexible work ethic
  • Proficiency in using online tools and digital media, especially PowerPoint, for creating and presenting content
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
  • A keen interest in corporate branding, design and communication strategies
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and software is an advantage
