Job Description

Allianz Digital Health GmbH (ADH) is a Munich-based subsidiary of Allianz SE.

ADH's mission is to define and implement best practices in health data management, product design, pricing, underwriting, and claims management, while driving the business performance of Allianz health insurance companies worldwide. In addition, ADH develops software tools and supports their implementation across Allianz health insurance companies to ensure technical excellence along the entire health insurance value chain.

We are looking for a dedicated working student, enrolled in a Master's program, to join our Finance team as soon as possible and take on operational tasks in accounting and reporting. This position offers practical insights into financial processes and the opportunity to directly contribute to the smooth running of our accounting operations. It is an ideal opportunity for students interested in pursuing a career in accounting and eager to learn more about the insurance industry. In addition, you will have the chance to apply your accounting knowledge and broaden your experience working on diverse topics in collaboration with different team members, while developing your multitasking skills.

Tasks

  • Accounts Receivable (AR): Preparing data for outgoing invoices, creating sales orders, tracking incoming payments, and supporting accurate financial reporting
  • Accounts Payable (AP): Monitoring incoming invoices, verifying invoice details, and tracking invoice status to ensure timely payments
  • Supporting quarterly and annual closing activities
  • Analyzing HGB and IFRS financial reports for accuracy and informative value
  • Preparing monthly financial reports and comparing actuals against forecasts and budgetsSupporting annual planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in a Master's program in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Previous internship experience in Finance, Accounting, or Reporting
  • Availability to start as soon as possible
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Confident use of Excel; knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Diligent, reliable working style with the ability to work independently after an onboarding period
  • Good communication skills in English and German
