Support Services Specialist

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities

The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Support the design, revision, and development of training programs and blended learning modules
• Assist in the execution, optimization, and administration of processes related to apprenticeships and dual study programs
• Represent ABB and its partner companies at career fairs, school events, and other recruitment activities, inspiring potential candidates to join our programs
• Create engaging presentations and content related to apprenticeships and dual study programs
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning and development initiatives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a positive learner and candidate experience

Qualifications for the role

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Development, Business Education, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Curious, eager to learn, and passionate about personal and professional development
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to work
• High level of initiative and ability to work independently
• Reliable, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
