Eurex Frankfurt AG is the administrating and operating entity of the Eurex Deutschland derivatives exchange. Eurex Deutschland offers a broad range of international benchmark products including the broadest offer of equity index derivatives, the most liquid fixed-income markets in the world and is the platform of choice for European equity derivatives, featuring open and low-cost electronic access. Amongst others, Eurex Deutschland offers dividend, ETF and volatility derivatives.

Your area of work
The section Market Development & Pricing is responsible for the evolution and development of the Eurex marketplace, the derivatives market of Deutsche Börse Group. In this capacity it fosters innovation and addresses changes in regulation, competition as well as customer needs. Concrete examples are the design and implementation of the selective RFQ platform Eurex EnLight to facilitate price formation in off-book liquidity as well as the launch of Eurex Improve to enable best customer order execution in the order book. In close cooperation with other functional and operational teams the Market Development & Pricing section also develops and executes concepts to increase proximity as well as enable access for end clients to the exchange. Furthermore, it covers Pricing and Marker Making topics which are an important strategic steering instruments for the attractiveness and success of Eurex within a dynamically changing market environment.In this regard, Market Development & Pricing is responsible for the development and implementation of new fee measures in the areas of trading, clearing and technology for Eurex as well as for the design of Eurex’ Market Making framework and strategy. Finally, the Section is taking care of various micro- and macrostructural topics such as the MiFID II Transparency regime, mistrade rules or Third-Party Information Provider (TPIP) framework and connectivity.


Your responsibilities:

  • You will support the setup and implementation of client contracts within our contract management systems
  • You will maintain and administer contracts for existing clients, including processing contract amendments, updates and changes
  • You will document and continuously improve contract management processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance across the team
  • You will support the team with administrative tasks related to client onboarding and account management
  • You will gain interesting insights into client relationship management and the commercial aspects of connectivity services at a leading exchange
  • In addition to these exciting tasks you will gain insights into the functioning of network connectivity solutions and integration services for financial markets

Your profile:

  • You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least 2 semesters. Your study focuses in the field of business studies, law, economics, IT, or other relevant fields
  • Ideally, you have already gained first experiences with contract management, document management systems or administrative processes
  • You are interested in Financial and Capital Markets as well as in client relationship management and business processes
  • Thanks to your cooperative manner, you quickly find your way into the team. Your strong organizational and process-oriented mindset helps you to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
  • You have very good attention to detail and strong documentation skills
  • Furthermore, you are fluent in written and spoken English and German
