YOUR TEAM

For the department HR Compliance, Labour Law & Relations, we are looking for a working student.

For the focus areas of Labour Relations and Employment Law, we are looking for a working student. Our team is passionately dedicated to managing co-determination matters at CARIAD. We act as the company-side contact for specialist departments as well as for our works councils in all matters related to co-determination, collective labor law, and employment law issues. We contribute to a trusting collaboration with employee representative bodies and actively help shape the working conditions of our employees.

We are looking for you to support us in this exciting role!

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support the Labour Relations team in the preparation and follow-up of meetings related to projects and/or negotiations with works councils
  • Handle communication, administration, and archiving of all relevant documents
  • Conduct legal research, particularly in the areas of labor law and works constitution law
  • Assist in preparing employment law topics, decision papers, and presentations (e.g. for committee meetings)
  • Maintain the intranet presence
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and participate in team workshops

WHO YOU ARE

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program with a legal focus or legal background
  • Knowledge of collective labor law is an advantage
  • Highly motivated, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Good MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ideally familiar with MS SharePoint and Jira

NICE TO KNOW

  • Opportunity for remote work within Germany
  • Duration: 6 months (with the option to extend up to two years)
  • 20 hours per week, up to 35 hours per week during semester breaks
  • Compensation: €17.80 per hour
