Your contribution:
Support our IT Genius Bar team in delivering hands-on IT services for end users, gaining deep insight into modern workplace technologies (M365, devices, identity & access, collaboration tools)
Act as a trusted IT partner for business stakeholders, helping to analyze requirements, propose practical solutions, and improve how technology is used across the organization
Contribute to innovation initiatives, including exposure to automation, AI-driven tools, and process optimization within IT Operations
Take ownership of small IT projects and improvement initiatives (e.g. documentation, tool enhancements, process optimization, pilots of new technologies)
Learn and apply end-to-end IT processes (incident, request, asset, identity, device lifecycle) in a real enterprise environment
What makes you stand out:
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
Strong interest in modern IT technologies, digital innovation, and how IT creates real business value
Curiosity to learn about AI, automation, cloud services, and enterprise IT platforms
Confident communication skills and a service-oriented mindset, with the ability to interact with business users and technical teams
Structured, proactive, and motivated to take responsibility and lead small initiatives
