In the IT Contract Lifecycle Management department, we ensure that our IT contracts are managed transparently, in a structured manner and in compliance with regulations worldwide. Our team manages centrally the IT contract management, keeps track of contract terms and deadlines, and actively supports the review, evaluation and optimisation of contract content. Join our team and gain exciting insights into international IT and contract matters. Central point of contact for all IT contract lifecycle management matters, as well as for the documentation and administration of IT contracts within the IT contract management tool
Coordination and documentation of the IT contract review process
Review and advice regarding the proper submission of required contract documents and information
Entry, updating and ongoing maintenance of contract records in the IT contract management tool
Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of contract documents in the IT contract management tool
Providing advice on IT contract documents and related issues and queries
Ensuring the timely communication of contract notice periods and expiry dates
Designing, implementing, reviewing and further developing guidelines, processes and tools
Studying for a law degree (at least 3 semesters)
Advanced knowledge of contract law and a basic understanding of contract management
Technical affinity and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Fluent in spoken and written German and English
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
Able to work independently and conscientiously
