
Support the Global Off Premise Discount Key Account Management team in day-to-day customer management and annual negotiations by preparing high-quality presentations, robust analyses and thorough documentation. You'll help building tools and reports that enable fact-based decision-making. You'll also manage the internal SharePoint page and maintain a best practice library as well as organize and facilitate internal workshops and webinars.
We are looking for a motivated student to join us onsite in Elsbethen in June/July 2026 for 20-25h/week to support our team.
CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS SUPPORT
You’ll support the global Discount Key Account Management team in daily customer-related topics. This includes preparing professional presentations and concept sells for internal and external meetings, as well as assisting with international negotiations through analyses, offer evaluations, minutes, and structured documentation.
ANALYTICS & REPORTING
In this area, you’ll contribute to the development and continuous improvement of a global discount dashboard by collecting and checking data, structuring information, and conducting first‑level analyses. You’ll prepare regular standardized reports such as performance overviews and profitability developments, and build data packs, summaries, and documentation for key account projects.
INTERNAL COLLABORATION
You’ll maintain and continuously improve the global discount SharePoint page, ensuring content is relevant, up‑to‑date, and easy to access. You’ll support the organization and logistics of internal workshops, meetings, and calls (including invitations, agendas, materials, minutes, and follow‑ups). In addition, you’ll assist with invoicing tasks for the Discount KAM team, such as PO creation, tracking, and basic documentation and checks.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.221 gross per month, for full-time. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
