YOUR TEAM

As a Working Student in our Integration Infrastructure & Services team, you will support us in managing and optimizing our Jira Service Management as well as maintaining transparency of our hardware asset inventory. Our team provides and operates test infrastructure ranging from small test benches to full-scale replicas of entire vehicles. This test infrastructure plays a crucial role in the integration testing of all CARIAD products. In this role, you will gain hands on experience with modern IT service tools, contribute directly to the reliability of our test setups, and help ensure smooth operational processes across our infrastructure.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Create and customize Jira Service Management project configurations
  • Set up and optimize request forms and customer portals
  • Record and update inventory data of our hardware test instances
  • Develop and adapt workflows to record our asset inventory

WHO YOU ARE

  • Enrolled student in the area of engineering, computer or natural science, math, ...
  • Programming Skills in Python
  • Fluent in German and good English skills are required
  • Strong interest in IT service management and process optimization
  • Basic understanding of Jira or willingness to learn quickly
  • Handson mentality and willingness to support operational tasks

NICE TO KNOW

  • Duration: 6 months (with the option to extend up to two years)
  • 20 hours/week, up to 35 hours/week during the semester break
  • Salary: 17,80€/hour
