Brief Role Description

Is HR your passion, and are you interested in the people behind the personnel numbers? As part of our strong Benefits & Compensation team, you will be involved in operational HR activities while keeping an eye on company policies and applicable legislation. We guarantee thorough onboarding, appreciation, and support for your continued development

Possible Tasks within this Role

  • Support day-to-day HR operations with a focus on payroll, wage tax, and occupational pension schemes
  • Work with data using Excel
  • Respond to employee inquiries
  • Maintain employee data in SAP
  • Conduct quality checks and error analyses
  • Update information materials and our intranet
  • Independently implement smaller HR projects

Qualification requirements

  • Currently studying Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field of study
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Structured and detail-oriented way of working
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
  • Initiative and a service-oriented mindset
  • Very good German and good English language skills
