YOUR MISSION

Für uns bist du ein wichtiges und geschätztes Teammitglied, das mit anpackt und aktiv am Tagesgeschäft mitwirkt. Du arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Kolleg/innen zusammen und erhältst spannende Einblicke in administrative HR-Prozesse entlang des Employee Lifecycles. Uns ist wichtig, dass du dich als Teil des Teams fühlst und deine Ideen, Perspektiven und Stärken aktiv einbringen kannst.

• Unterstützung des HR Operations Teams bei administrativen Tätigkeiten entlang des Employee Lifecycles von Eintritt bis Austritt

• Aktive Übernahme der Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen im Haufe Zeugnismanagement System sowie bei der Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Zeugnisentwürfen

• Mitbetreuung der Belegschaft inklusive Annahme von Anfragen am HR Service Desk

• Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Durchführung des Welcome Days für neue Mitarbeitende

• Veröffentlichung von Stellenausschreibungen in der HR-Software und Kommunikation an die Manager

• Planung und Organisation von Reise- und Hotelbuchungen für Bewerber und Neustarter

• Unterstützung des Payroll & HR Services Teams bei gelegentlichen, administrativen Tätigkeiten.

YOUR TALENT

• Student/in der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Personalmanagement, Psychologie oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs mit ersten Erfahrungen im Bereich Personaladministration

• Kommunikationsstark, organisiert und Freude daran, das Team zu unterstützen

• Neue Themen schnell erfassen und eigenständig strukturiert voranbringen

• Motiviert, Initiative zu zeigen, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und im Team etwas zu bewegen

• Deutsch als Muttersprache und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• 20 Stunden/Woche, ggf. verteilt auf 2-3 Tage/Woche

• Startdatum: 01.10.2026; Dauer: 6 Monate mit Möglichkeit, um weitere 6 Monate zu verlängern.
