Purpose:

Supports the Senior Manager HR and the HR team in day-to-day HR Retail-related tasks and administrative activities to ensure smooth HR operations for the business. The Working Student HR Retail contributes to the delivery of HR services while gaining practical experience and developing foundational HR knowledge under close guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the HR BP team with administrative and operational tasks across core HR processes
• Support the HR BP team in maintaining positive working relationships with internal customers by assisting with routine inquiries and coordination tasks
• Support recruitment and hiring activities by assisting with Works Council hearings and contract creations
• Help maintain people data quality by supporting data entry, data checks, and documentation in HR systems
• Organize and carry out general administrative HR tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager HR
• Work closely with HR Services to support administrative and operational HR topics (e.g. assisting with data updates in SAP, tracking organizational changes)
• Assist with further initiatives as assigned

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• High level of integrity and trustworthiness
• Good communication skills
• Interest in the field of HR, especially HR Retail
• Good user knowledge of MS-Office (especially MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint)
• German and English fluent (written and oral)

Requisite Education and Experience:

• Currently studying at a college or university (certificate of enrollment available for the relevant period)
• Internship or study abroad preferred
