With us, you can expect a dynamic environment with committed employees as well as the opportunity to break new ground and expand your skills.

Become a part of our Learning & Development team at our location in Hamburg

This role goes beyond operational support. You will actively contribute to the design and evolution of our learning landscape while helping to shape how we develop leaders, strengthen our culture and support our people through growth and transformation. Working closely with international stakeholders, you will have the opportunity to bring in your own ideas, contribute to conceptual work and help turn concepts into impactful learning experiences.

Working Student HR– Learning and Development (all genders)

Your future tasks:

  • Help shape and continuously enhance our global Leadership Development initiatives, learning programmes and employee development journeys, supporting their successful rollout across the organisation.
  • Contribute to key people processes such as Performance Management and Onboarding, helping to create a meaningful and engaging employee learning experience.
  • Design and develop engaging learning content, e-learning modules and learning journeys within our Learning Management System.
  • Coordinate global learning initiatives and collaborate with international stakeholders while independently driving smaller projects and workstreams from concept through to implementation.
  • Analyse learning and talent data, prepare reports and translate findings into actionable insights that support decision-making and programme effectiveness.
  • Create high-quality presentations, communication materials and change communication content for diverse global audiences.
  • Support culture, values and transformation initiatives by contributing ideas, concepts, workshops and engagement activities that help strengthen our organisational culture.
  • Contribute to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives and help foster an inclusive, collaborative and growth-oriented learning environment.

Your profile:

  • You are currently enrolled as a student in Germany, ideally in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resources or a comparable field.
  • You are currently in the later stages of your Bachelor's degree or already pursuing a Master's degree.
  • Ideally, you are planning to continue your academic journey with a Master's programme after completing your Bachelor's degree.
  • You will remain enrolled at university for at least one year from your starting date; ideally, you are available for a longer period.
  • You are studying in Hamburg or the surrounding area and are able to work regularly on-site in our Hamburg office.
  • For international candidates: you hold a valid working student visa or work permit that allows you to work as a student in Germany.
  • You have already gained first practical experience through internships, working student positions or comparable roles, ideally in HR, Learning & Development, People & Culture or related areas.
  • You have a genuine interest in Learning & Development, leadership topics and people development.
  • This role is best suited for candidates with a clear interest in people-related topics rather than a generalist HR focus.
  • You enjoy structuring topics, thinking conceptually and translating ideas into clear outputs such as presentations, frameworks or learning concepts.
  • You are highly proactive, self-driven and confident taking ownership of tasks and initiatives.
  • You communicate confidently with international stakeholders and enjoy collaborating across different functions and cultures.
  • You are organised, solution-oriented and comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment.
  • You have a curious mindset and a passion for learning, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • You are an empathic, trustworthy and team-oriented person who enjoys working with and developing people.
  • You are confident using MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • You handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • You enjoy actively shaping learning experiences and contributing ideas rather than solely executing administrative tasks.

Our benefits:

  • Open doors and room for your own ideas in a friendly, modern working environment
  • Trust-based working time and mobile office regulations
  • Company fitness program (EGYM Wellpass)
  • Further education and training opportunities
