You'll make an impact by

  • You support the preparation and execution of application value assessments, ensuring structured value reporting for our internal stakeholders
  • Subsequently, you actively assist the service management team, for example by conducting application portfolio analyses and identifying optimization potentials
  • Building on this, you contribute to service-related marketing efforts, such as drafting newsletter articles or creating concise application one-pagers
  • Throughout your tasks, you bring your own ideas and suggestions to the team with enthusiasm and engage collaboratively to drive continuous improvement

This is how you'll win us over

  • Education: You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Informatics, Informatics, Business Administration, Business Engineering, Psychology or a related field of study
  • Experience and Skills:
  • You are experienced with MS Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • You have hands-on experience using state-of-the-art AI technology to increase productivity
  • You ideally have knowledge of SharePoint or LowCode technology (e.g. Mendix)
  • Ways of Working: You demonstrate strong communication skills, work autonomously, collaborate well in teams and have a structured, analytical approach
  • Languages: You are fluent in English and German
