Your tasks:
You support the Service Manager of the Leipzig Touchpoint on the day to day and project activities. You will embark on a 3 to 6 months training plan where we explain you our End-User Workplace landscape. In this role you identify yourself as onsite support person for the End-User Workplace services for our internal users, thus on-site presence is required in mainly in our Leipzig office and occasionally when required at the back-up office located in Halle. With your polite, hands-on mentality and professional appearance, you ensure the acceptance, analysis and answering of inquiries of our internal users by walk-in our Leipzig Touchpoint or onsite at our Office location in Leipzig. Your tasks include providing hands on laptop, mobile phone and meeting room support, on/offboarding of employees, maintaining the IT devices storage rooms and performing the IT inventory. You have the will to constantly expand and deepen your knowledge. In doing so, you receive a great deal in return for your outstanding performance from your team.

Your skills:

  • Ongoing studies related to Economics or IT
  • Excellent service orientation as well as communication skills in German and English both written and spoken is required
  • A great team spirit and flexibility when required to achieve goals and complete assignments
  • Good IT skills in Office365, Windows and Application Management
  • Adhering to policies and procedures and upholding organizational values
  • Will to learn, take ownership and drive things forwards
  • Experience in IT support and in the use of an ITSM (IT Service Management) tool is appreciated.
  • Knowledge about ITIL processes and incident management skills are a plus
  • Knowledge about agile way of working is a plus
