Job Description

Our Customer Care team is a central unit in EEX, where we are in daily contact with members and external partners, as well as with internal teams like Sales, Market Operations, Business Development, and ECC teams e.g. within the Reporting and Legal departments.

Your tasks

As part of our Customer Care Exchange team, you will guide clients of all sizes and nationalities through the admission processes on our Exchange, as well as help with daily customer support.

For all existing members, you will be responsible for:

  • Being the first point of contact for all customer incoming requests, such as change of contacts or tradable product extensions.
  • Processing and saving all incoming documentation;
  • Performing the necessary setups to enable access to our products;
  • Defining, maintaining and improving processes, in close cooperation with other colleagues, in order to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with Exchange rules, policies and guidelines.

During the admission process, you will be responsible for:

  • Guiding the prospect through the different parts of the onboarding process while being the central point of contact
  • Ensuring that the prospect meets legal, regulatory, and technical requirements to be admitted at EEX and its Clearing house ECC
  • Organizing and participating to meetings and calls with the prospect and other departments when required
  • Performing technical setups and coordinating with internal departments for the admission of the prospect to our Exchange

You bring along

  • Ongoing studies at a univeristy with focus on business administration, back-office management
  • Experience in working in back or middle office environment
  • Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, flexibility and reliability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Basic level in French, German is a plus.
  • Interest in working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office environment
