In this part-time student position (18 hours per week), you will support the global brand and brand content team to plan, create, and coordinate communication activities – visually and verbally. You´re contributing to projects that strengthen our brand visibility and connect with our audiences.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support the creation of brand communication materials, including presentations, newsletters, website content, social media posts, and campaign assets
• Help ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across channels and materials
• Assist in planning and coordinating communication activities, such as campaigns and editorial calendars
• Collaborate with colleagues across marketing, design, and product teams to gather input and align content
• Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and audience insights to inform communication approaches
• Provide reliable project support, including tracking timelines, preparing materials, and keeping activities on track

Your Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media, Business, or a related field
• Strong writing and editing skills with a good sense of tone, clarity, and audience
• Interest in branding, storytelling, and digital communication
• Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
• Confident working with Microsoft Office tools; experience with presentation design or content platforms as well as experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or basic video editing is a plus
• Familiarity with social media formats and digital content trends
• First practical experience through internships, university projects, or student jobs in communications or marketing
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English

Deine Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Markenkommunikationsmaterialien, z. B. Präsentationen, Newslettern, Website-Inhalten oder Kampagnen-Assets
• Mitwirkung bei der Sicherstellung von konsistenten Botschaften und einem einheitlichen visuellen Erscheinungsbild über alle Kanäle hinweg
• Unterstützung bei der Planung und Koordination von Kommunikationsaktivitäten, wie Kampagnen und Redaktionsplänen
• Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus Marketing, Design und Produktteams, um Inhalte zu sammeln und abzustimmen
• Recherche zu Markttrends, Wettbewerbern und Zielgruppen, um Kommunikationsansätze zu unterstützen
• Zuverlässige Unterstützung in Projekten, z. B. beim Tracking von Timelines, der Vorbereitung von Materialien und der Sicherstellung, dass Aktivitäten planmäßig voranschreiten

Dein Profil

• Eingeschrieben in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudiengang in Kommunikation, Marketing, Journalismus, Medien, Design, Wirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
• Sehr gute Schreib- und Redaktionsfähigkeiten sowie ein gutes Gespür für Tonalität, Klarheit und Zielgruppen
• Interesse an Markenführung, Storytelling und digitaler Kommunikation
• Strukturierte, detailorientierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben eigenständig zu managen
• Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office; Erfahrung im Präsentationsdesign oder mit Content-Plattformen sowie Kenntnisse in Tools wie Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud oder einfache Videobearbeitung sind von Vorteil
• Vertrautheit mit Social-Media-Formaten und digitalen Content-Trends
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen durch Praktika, Studienprojekte oder Werkstudierendentätigkeiten im Bereich Kommunikation oder Marketing
• Proaktive Denkweise und Lernbereitschaft
• Sehr gute verbale und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise in Englisch.
