We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive Finance Intern (Working Student) to join our global finance team. If you are hungry to learn, thrive in a start-up culture, and want to make a real impact on how our international finance processes operate, we want to chat!
As a Finance Intern, you will have our Topline teams’ backs so they can focus on what they do best—creating value for our customers. While based out of our Hamburg headquarters, you will support our global offices, including Vilnius, New York, and London.
Bookkeeping & Operations: Handle preliminary bookkeeping, including invoicing, payments, and dunning.
Month & Year-End Closings: Actively support the finance team during critical monthly and annual closing periods.
Audits & Compliance: Assist in preparing and conducting external audits while helping to design and enhance internal controls for operational reliability.
Financial Reporting: Help prepare financial reports and analyses for internal stakeholders to drive fast, data-driven decisions.
Process Improvement: Work collaboratively with the team to continuously streamline and enhance our financial and operational processes.
Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, Finance, Tax, or a related field.
Previous working experience in accounting, taxes, or finance is required.
You must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
You possess top-notch communication and writing skills, with a strong command of both German and English.
You have high attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
You are a self-starter with a hunger to learn, a structured work ethic, and a proven ability to consistently meet deadlines.
You have the ability to work exceptionally well both collaboratively and independently.
Compensation: 15 EUR per hour
Hours: Ideally 20 hours
