About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Working Student – Events & Logistics to join our growing European team based in Munich.
In this role, you will support our three European Event Managers across key regions including DACH, France, BENELUX, and the UK, gaining hands-on experience in event operations, logistics, and marketing execution.
This is a unique opportunity to step into the fast-paced world of tech events and learn directly from experienced event professionals while contributing to high-impact projects across Europe.

Your Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of events and trade shows across Europe
- Assist with contracting and administrative tasks related to event vendors and partners
- Coordinate shipping and logistics of event materials and products
- Prepare and manage event kits, demo units, and marketing assets
- Provide on-site support at events (when feasible)
- Manage and organize the event warehouse in our Unterschleißheim office
- Track inventory and ensure smooth product and material availability for events
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners across multiple markets

Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a university in Munich or nearby (mandatory for working student status)
- Available to work 2–3 days per week
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Hands-on, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment
- Fluent in English (Chinese, German or French is a plus)
- Interest in events, marketing, or logistics
