Über die Rolle

Bei Frigoblock, einem Teil von Trane Technologies, entwickeln wir die nächste Generation nachhaltiger Transportkältesysteme. Als Werkstudent (w/m/d) im Bereich Elektrotechnik unterstützt du die Entwicklung elektrischer und elektronischer Lösungen für zukunftsorientierte Transportanwendungen und sammelst wertvolle Praxiserfahrung in einem innovativen Engineering-Umfeld.

Deine Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung elektrischer und elektronischer Systeme für Transportkältegeräte
• Mitarbeit beim Aufbau von Prototypen, bei Testaufbauten sowie bei elektrischen Messungen
• Unterstützung bei der Durchführung, Dokumentation und Auswertung von Tests und Validierungsaktivitäten
• Übernahme von Verantwortung für ausgewählte Teilprojekte und deren eigenständige Weiterentwicklung
• Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentation und Entwicklungsunterlagen
• Arbeit mit modernen Engineering- und Entwicklungstools
• Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams aus Test, Produktion, Qualität und Service

Dein Profil

• Eingeschrieben im Studiengang Elektrotechnik oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
• Mindestens noch ein Jahr Reststudienzeit
• Fundiertes Verständnis elektrotechnischer Grundlagen
• Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Motivation, Einsatzbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative
• Interesse an praktischer Entwicklungsarbeit und modernen Engineering-Tools
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office

Wünschenswert

• Erste praktische Erfahrungen durch Praktika, Projekte oder Laborarbeit
• Erste Erfahrungen mit Tests, Prototypen oder elektrischen Messaufbauten
• Kenntnisse in Tools wie Teamcenter, Creo Schematics oder vergleichbarer Software

Working Student (f/m/d) – Electrical Engineering

About the Role

At Frigoblock, part of Trane Technologies, we are developing the next generation of sustainable transport refrigeration systems. As a Working Student (f/m/d) in Electrical Engineering, you will support the development of electrical and electronic solutions for future-focused transport applications while gaining valuable hands-on experience in an innovative engineering environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the development of electrical and electronic systems for transport refrigeration units
• Assist with prototype builds, test setups, and electrical measurements
• Support the execution, documentation, and evaluation of tests and validation activities
• Take ownership of selected sub-projects and drive them forward independently
• Create and maintain technical documentation and engineering records
• Work with modern engineering and development tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including testing, production, quality, and service

Your Profile

• Enrolled in Electrical Engineering or a comparable degree program
• At least one year remaining in your studies
• Solid understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals
• Structured, reliable, and self-driven way of working
• High level of motivation, commitment, and willingness to take initiative
• Interest in practical development work and modern engineering tools
• Good German and English language skills, written and spoken
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Nice to Have

• Initial practical experience through internships, projects, or laboratory work
• First experience with testing, prototypes, or electrical measurement setups
• Familiarity with tools such as Teamcenter, Creo Schematics, or similar software
