Your Role

As a Working Student (f/m/d), you will play an important part in supporting our administrative and digitization processes. Your tasks will include:

• Assisting with the digitization of physical files

• Pre-sorting and re-sorting documents

• Scanning and saving files accurately

• Entering bibliographic data of IP rights into databases

• Performing other administrative tasks in the docketing area

Your Profile

• Enrolled student status

• Meticulous and detail-oriented working style

• Reliable and responsible

• Proficient in MS Office

• Fluent in German and English

• Available for approx. 20 hours/week
