We are currently offering you a position as a

Working Student - Corporate Tooling & Process Support (m/f/d)

in Munich

Your tasks:

• Support with the analysis, optimistation and documentation our business processes

• Contributing to the further development and standardisation of the company-wide toolset

• Support with the collection, analysis and documentation of requirements (requirements engineering)

• Contributing to the evaluation, benchmarking and selection of new tools and technologies

• Support with the implementation, testing and roll-out of tooling based solutions

• Preparation of analyses, reports and documentation

• Providing support to users with questions about tools and processes (user support)

• Collaboration with various departments to improve the user experience and provide process support

Requirements

We would be delighted if you bring the following with you:

• Enrolled student (m/f/d), ideally studying Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or a similar degree programme

• An interest in business processes, digitalisation and enterprise-wide software solutions

• Fluency in spoken and written English is required; a good knowledge of German is an advantage

• A basic understanding of modern software architectures, as well as interfaces and integrations between different systems

• Basic knowledge of process management, requirements engineering or business analysis would be an advantage

• A basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and an interest in using it to optimise processes

• An independent, structured and reliable approach to work

• Ability to work as part of a team, strong communication skills and commitment
