The opportunity

Join our TrafoSchool team and support global competency and training initiatives. You will contribute to a structured competency framework used across Engineering and R&D. In this role, you will work closely with international experts and support learning system implementation. You will gain hands‑on experience with skills frameworks, training strategies, and digital learning tools. A structured mindset and curiosity about learning systems will help you succeed. You will grow through real project ownership, collaboration, and exposure to global processes.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Support maintenance and structuring of the competency framework

  • Assist alignment of skills job profiles and training curricula

  • Support implementation of skills assessment logic in Cornerstone

  • Map skills to training courses and learning paths

  • Support coordination with SMEs and trainers

  • Consolidate validate and analyze structured datasets in Excel

  • Prepare presentations and summary reports

  • Support tracking of training programs and certification activities

Your background

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in a relevant field

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong analytical and structured thinking

  • Fluent in English

  • High level of motivation and willingness to learn

  • Independent and reliable working style
