As a working student (all genders) you are part of Roland Berger’s powerful and global IT team. Together with highly motivated colleagues, you can contribute significantly to advancing our technological capabilities and achieving excellence in the consulting industry.

Your key responsibilities are:

• Support the administration and optimization of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID environments
• Assist in identity and access management processes (user lifecycle, role assignments, permissions governance)
• Contribute to Exchange Online and email administration tasks
• Support documentation of cloud architecture, policies, and operational procedures
• Help monitor and improve security and compliance within cloud and identity services

Qualifications

• Enrolled student in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory
• Understanding of identity & access management principles (RBAC, MFA, Conditional Access is a plus)
• Strong documentation and structured working skills
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a dynamic cloud environment
• First experience with PowerShell, scripting, or automation is an advantage.
