Business Area Wind is responsible for Vattenfall’s Onshore and Offshore Wind as well as other non-hydro Renewable activities like solar PV and batteries. Today we develop, construct and operate wind generation in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands and the UK. In addition, we have a clear strategy to develop our solar PV and battery operations further.
BA Wind’s Document Management Offshore is responsible for the development and continuous improvement of Document Management maturity and compliance across the entire lifecycle of Offshore wind farms. The team is the go-to-place for the trusted information around document management processes and associated IT tools, that enable our organization and external stakeholders to collaborate efficiently and complete their tasks from any place in due time.
Help us to achieve our goal of implementation of an upgraded IT solution for document management activities in our Offshore wind projects.
What You'll Gain
Valuable experience in managing and improving of business processes and understanding for how an Offshore Wind farm is developed, build and, later, operated.

As a Working Student in our Document Management Offshore team, you will step into an exciting world where digitalization meets operations. Your primary responsibility will be to support day-to-day topics of our Document Management improvement projects while actively contributing to their successful completion.
