ABOUT THIS ROLE
Based in Berlin, Audible GmbH is looking for a creative and agile Working Student in Brand & Content Marketing Operations to join our EU Brand & Content Marketing team.

This is a hands-on role requiring both strong organizational and creative skills. You'll work directly with multiple teams to actively support campaign management and our social media team in launching a major marketing campaign on the German Audible market.

This is a rare opportunity to contribute directly to major launches, build a strong portfolio of real-world social content, and shape how one of the world's most recognized audio brands presents itself on social media in Germany.

As a Working Student - Brand & Content Marketing Operations, you will...

- Create real-time content around major news/events related to the launch, responding quickly to audience trends and cultural moments
- Identify, curate, and leverage user-generated content (UGC) to amplify organic reach and brand authenticity
- Develop platform-native content formats tailored to younger audiences, staying ahead of social media trends in audio and entertainment
- Support organic social growth strategy and large-scale partnership activations for the German market
- Review and quality-assure marketing assets including visuals, copy, and video deliverables
- Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign timelines are met
- Manage project tracking tools and shared documentation for operational clarity
- Partial responsibility of German social media channels for Audible, including goals for growth and engagement

About Amazon

Amazon is guided by four principles: customer obsession rather than competitor focus, passion for invention, commitment to operational excellence, and long-term thinking. We are driven by the excitement of building technologies, inventing products, and providing services that change lives. We embrace new ways of doing things, make decisions quickly, and are not afraid to fail. We have the scope and capabilities of a large company, and the spirit and heart of a small one.

Together, Amazonians research and develop new technologies from Amazon Web Services to Alexa on behalf of our customers: shoppers, sellers, content creators, and developers around the world.

Our mission is to be Earth's most customer-centric company. Our actions, goals, projects, programs, and inventions begin and end with the customer top of mind.

You'll also hear us say that at Amazon, it's always "Day 1." What do we mean? That our approach remains the same as it was on Amazon's very first day - to make smart, fast decisions, stay nimble, invent, and focus on delighting our customers.
